The Ngorongoro Crater was our second stop and it was AWESOME!  This extinct volcanic crater is approx. 23 km in diameter and holds some of the biggest concentrations of animals you will find in Africa. And you will find just about everything there, including the rare Black Rhino which we were fortunate enough to find on our first day there (albeit in the distance) The drive around half of the crater to our hotel on the far side took around an hour.
