Welcome to Singapore!  It's an incredibly clean and orderly city as everyone no doubt has heard.  They also make sure everybody is well aware of the rules, from the "Drug importation carries a death sentence if convicted" warnings at the airport, to the above signs at the metro.  For those of you who don't know, Durian is a very, very pungent spiny fruit.
