The Palace of the Grand Master was a pretty interesting tour inside Old Town. Located on the Street of the Knights (like we were ever able to find street names), it was very austere with tons of old mosaics looted / borrowed from other parts of Turkey, Jordan, Syria and Greece. Crowds weren't too bad as the cruise ships hadn't woken up yet.
