Welcome to the land of Egypt.  We ended our first day of touring at the great Pyramids of  Giza just as the sun was going down.  The sight of them took our breath away and we were fascinated by the stories Ibrahim shared with us as we toured around them.  The largest  (Cheops) is on the far left hand side.  The Bedouin vendor in the foreground was packing up his things and heading home for the night when we took this picture. The city of Giza on the edge of Cairo is seen in the background.
